Holiday Open House

I was commissioned to show as a vendor at a Holiday Open House for Nicole's Boutique. I made what would be a top tier wedding cake. White cake filled and decorated with champagne buttercream. The cake was topped with a fondant red vintage flower and dragdes. I also made red velvet and white cake cake pops to complete the table setting.

The bottom tier is a refreshing grapefruit cake with champagne buttercream and filling. No luxury was spared for this birthday girl! The frosting is a ruffle stacked technique.
